Can you re-roof our building while we stay open?
Yes — that is how most of our commercial jobs run. We plan the staging with you up front: which sections happen when, what hours we work, and how access, parking and deliveries keep flowing. Your operation keeps trading while the roof goes on overhead.
What happens if the weather turns while the roof is open?
We never open up more roof than we can close the same day. Every section we strip is made weathertight before we leave site each night, so your stock, plant and fit-out are never left exposed — whatever the forecast does.
How do you keep the price from blowing out?
Your quote is fixed-price and fully itemised, so you can see exactly what is covered. If something genuinely unforeseen comes up — like hidden structural damage — nothing is charged until the variation is priced and agreed with you in writing first.
What documentation do we get at handover?
A full compliance pack for your building file: producer statements, written warranties (10-year workmanship, 30–40 year materials), and the health and safety records from the job — everything your insurer, auditor or compliance schedule asks for.
Are you insured and safety compliant?

How is a commercial re-roof priced?
Mostly by roof area, access and the system being installed — but condition matters too: substrate repairs, asbestos and internal gutters all move the number. Can you work outside our operating hours?

What if the old roof contains asbestos?
Common on pre-1990s commercial buildings, and manageable. If there is any doubt we test first; where asbestos is confirmed, removal and disposal are handled compliantly through licensed specialists before the new roof goes on — all documented for your records.
Do we need a full re-roof, or will repairs do?
Not every tired roof needs replacing. If repairs or a maintenance programme will genuinely buy your roof years of safe service, we will tell you — with photos and a plan. We would rather earn the re-roof when it is actually due than sell it early.
